Robustness Optimization of Cloud Manufacturing Process under Various Resource Substitution Strategies

Cloud manufacturing is characterized by large uncertainties and disturbances due to its networked, distributed, loosely coupled features. To target the problem of frequent cloud resource node failure, this paper proposes (1) three substitution strategies based on redundancy (2) a new robustness analysis method for systems combination complex network multi-agent simulation. First, simulation model constructed, evaluation indexes are designed study dynamic process (CMP). Second, resources established analyze static topological network. Four types failure modes defined, initial recomputed topologies. Further, proposed (i.e., internal replacement, external internal–external integration replacement) enable normal operation system after failure. Third, case conducted project energy vehicle. The results show that service index effective at describing variations in CMP robustness, two recalculated topology more destructive than topology, (3) under all four modes, can improve some extent, with replacement strategy being most effective, followed strategy, then strategy.
